Title: Mortgage Advisor
I have been working in this industry for six years, dealing with many different types of borrowers and many different scenarios. The greatest gratification I get is when I call the borrowers to notify them that their loan has been funded. Being able to say, “Congratulations on your new home,” makes all the hard work worthwhile!
Integrity, energy and hard work are a part of my everyday life. I understand that my clients come to me with high hopes and expectations, as they well should. My goal is to help them realize their dream of home ownership through a loan process that is as smooth and seamless as possible.
I am a devoted family man. I enjoy spending time with my 4-year old twins who are enrolled in karate, basketball and golf lessons. I also enjoy playing golf with my friends and clients.
My wife and I are active community members, and we try to get involved with organizations that help others. Ten years ago, I donated one of my kidneys to my mother through the UCLA kidney transplant program. Following that experience, I became a member of the Living Donors Online Association, which strives to educate, support and advocate the living kidney donation process. My wife is an operating room nurse at one of the top hospitals here in southern California. She spends most of her time inside the main operating room and is part of the Kidney and Liver transplant teams.
I am also a speaking member of the Early Childhood Program, which provides educational programs for parents and their children, as well as emotional and social support to help them thrive and succeed.
Worked with Dvin and Eddie through a mortgage process, which involved a high degree of difficulty due to a complicated income situation. Dvin did a phenomenal job navigating the intricacies of the mortgage process, and became a trusted adviser when dealing with the bank. I have no doubt that Dvin is the reason we are in our house today, and couldn’t be happier with all that he’s done for us. Dvin will work tirelessly to get you in the house of your dreams, and I have no reservations in recommending him as a mortgage broker. -Kevin W.
For the last 5 months, I have been working on purchasing a property. It was a new property in Hollywood and the developer was having issues on getting a finalized Certificate of Occupancy (took 4 month to complete) due to a lot of small punch list items. Throughout this “journey” Dvin Keshish, Loan Officer was by our side. He was always super responsive and provided sound advice throughout this process… He was there every step of the way… I am very anal about details, and so is Dvin… Nothing “slipped thru the cracks” or got by Dvin. We finally closed because of Dvin’s hard work… I am sure this process could have gone on much longer if not for Dvin. I would never even consider using anyone other than Dvin in the future. HouseAmerica is very lucky to have a person of Dvin’s caliber on their team! Make sure you request Dvin! -Peter R.
I recently worked with Dvin to purchase a home. Dvin and the team were amazing to work with, and I was so pleased with how everything turned out. I appreciated their full transparency throughout the process, along with their willingness to help me find a solution that worked for me and not just one that worked for the company. As I learned more about the process, the way I wanted to structure my debt evolved; and I was so impressed by how Dvin conducted himself through my endless questions and requests for change. I mostly appreciated how Dvin educated me on ALL the various loan options (rather than just trying to convince me to buy one type). I’ve already passed his contact onto several of my friends, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
Dvin gives you options and finds you solutions, no matter how complex the ask is. This team is great, and if you are reading this review, I’d encourage you to just give them a call. -Ruchira S.
